Tekemas’ sack tip cabinet with integrated vibrating sifter solution is well-suited for applications that demand frequent product changes and thorough cleaning processes. This sack tip solution is designed to accommodate industries where the need to switch between different products is frequent, ensuring that the transition is seamless and efficient.

The outlet of the sack tip cabinet is meticulously sealed to the sifter with a highly effective dust-tight membrane, which not only prevents any contamination but also ensures that the product is delivered directly and efficiently onto the sifter screen. This direct delivery system is crucial for maintaining the integrity and quality of the product as it moves through the processing line. The product that meets the required specifications and grade passes effortlessly through the screen, continuing its journey to the next equipment in the production line, such as vacuum conveying system or a high-performance mixer, depending on the specific needs of the operation. 

Any product that does not meet the required specifications is discharged via the oversized outlet, ensuring that only the highest quality product continues through the process. During the cleaning phase, the sack tip cabinet allows it to be easily rotated away from the sifter, providing full and unhindered access for dismantling and changing the screen. This feature aids maintenance, minimizing downtime. The sack tip station's washability suits industries with stringent hygiene and cleanliness standards.

The pharmaceutical-grade sack tip cabinet is designed to provide high-level containment, ensuring the utmost safety and efficiency in handling sensitive materials. Within this secure chamber, bags are manually discharged, allowing for precise handling and minimizing the risk of exposure to hazardous substances. Once emptied, the bags are carefully extracted through a specialized waste bag side port, which is equipped with a continuous liner system. Tekemas offers a variety of standard configurations for our ergonomically designed sack emptying stations. These stations enable operators to introduce bulk materials stored in sacks into the process line without any dust emissions, thanks to the integrated filters or dust extraction systems. 

The standard configuration options includes a central or integrated dust filter, which can be equipped with back-flushing capabilities if necessary. Other features are a ventilator, a tippable or vibrating grate, and a built-in agitator.

The sack tip station can be equipped with load cells and offers cleaning options such as CIP/WIP. For safety, it can be ATEX certified. The configuration also includes a sack compactor or an integrated channel for the compactor, along with an integrated sieve and a metal separator.

An additionally feature is a hinged lid supported by gas cylinders, microswitches, or automatic safety locks.

The SM ESL Sack Tipping station is equipped with a pneumatically assisted hood, allowing easy access to the sieve without the need for heavy lifting. This station includes an inclined sack rest table for low-level bag tipping, facilitating the operator's task of discharging sacks into the sieve when used alongside the Slimline vibratory check screener.

For enhanced convenience, these Sack Tip stations can be fitted with a local dust extraction system (LDEE), a robust feature that efficiently removes dust from the user's vicinity. The LDEE system directs dust into a large filter located within the machine's hood, ensuring a cleaner and healthier work environment.
